Courtney started practicing in 2014 & took her Modo Yoga Teacher Training in 2016 in B.C.
She believes yoga is about becoming in-tune with whom you are and embracing your own inner light. She believes that each time you practice is time that you have dedicated to yourself and to strengthening the connection between mind, body and spirit.
She teaches the importance of linking movement with breath while reminding students never to take life too seriously.
