Courtesy Policy

You have up until 5 minutes before the start of the class to arrive at the front desk and check-in for any class you’ve pre-registered online for. If you’re not there 5 minutes ahead of the class start time and the class is full, there is chance that you’re spot will be given away to a walk-in hoping to get into class.

If you can’t make a class you’ve booked a spot for, you have up until 2 hours before the start of the class to cancel your spot online without penalty.

If you don’t cancel in time and/or if you are a ‘no show’ for class, you will still be charged for the class if you are using a class package.

If you have an unlimited pass, a $10 donation to Food 4 Kids will be charged to your account as a penalty. If your account balance exceeds $50 in late cancel/no show charges, you will lose your online booking privileges until your account is cleared.

Be good to others. If you can’t make a class, cancel well in advance so someone else can take your spot.


Waitlist Procedures

If you are on a waitlist for class, you will be notified by email when you are added. You can also check your Mindbody account for notification (Account Profile -> Schedule).
Please note that the Courtesy Policy also applies to anyone added from the waitlist more than 2 hours before the start of the class. If you cannot make it, please log in and cancel to make space for someone else. You can also cancel from the waitlist in your Mindbody account (Account Profile -> Schedule -> Waitlist). Clients added in class from the waitlist less than 2 hours before class will NOT be charged if unable to attend.
