In order for everyone to get the very most out of your experience with us, we ask that you please familiarize yourself with our Late Cancellation & No Show Policy below.

Our goal is to create a grounding, supportive space for as many students as possible in every single class we offer, without space going to waste unnecessarily. To do that, we have a few guidelines in place:

SILENT PRACTICE ROOMS

Many of us come to yoga to escape the hustle and bustle of our busy lives, so please, leave all conversations outside of the hot room.  Please leave all your belongings in the lockers. Nothing can be brought into the practice rooms.

PRE REGISTRATION

  • Unlimited members can pre-register for class 7 days in advance.
  • Non-members (drop ins, class cards) can pre-register 3 days in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your class online or from your app up to 2 hour before class to avoid losing the class or being charged a no-show or late-cancellation fee. Please note that we do not accept phone or email cancellations. If you have not cancelled your class and are on an unlimited form of membership, a no-show fee of $20 will be charged to your card on file. Any unlimited member that cancels a class less than 2 hour beforehand will be charged a $10 late-cancellation fee.  Any class card or single class passes will be forfeited if you do not cancel prior to 2 hour before the start of class, but you will not be charged any additional fees.

Sorry, but we cannot make individual exceptions.

WAITLIST

If the online pre-registration is full, you can register for the waitlist. This is only for online pre-registration. If someone cancels up to one hour before class begins, the next person on the waitlist will be bumped in (and should receive an email letting them know). Emails may come up to one hour before class begins, so keep an eye on your Inbox (the email address that you use to login to your account with us is the one to watch!).

You are responsible for managing your waitlist reservations. If you are on the waitlist, but you reach a point when you’d be unable to come to class even if you were bumped in, please cancel your waitlist reservation.

Even when a class appears full, you may, and should, add yourself to the waitlist. When a cancellation is made, the first name on the waitlist gets automatically added to the class.  If you are signed up for notifications, you will receive an email as soon as you are moved off the waitlist. This will happen up until 1h before class. Once you are added to the class from the waitlist you become responsible for attending or canceling.  If you are on a waitlist and you know that you don’t plan on coming in for class, make sure to remove yourself so you aren’t added without adequate time to make it in to the studio or to cancel without penalty (less than 2h before class).

Doors will open 15 minutes before class starts, please make every effort to arrive as early as possible. 5 minutes before class, any student not present will lose their spot to the waitlist. To avoid losing your spot on the waitlist, arrive on time and ready to go.

LATE ARRIVALS

For the benefit of teachers and students alike, we do not allow any entry into class once the teacher has entered the studio and class has begun.
